With the recent news of a permanent cease-fire in Syria, many Americans are faced with a conundrum.  Just on October 7, Senator Lindsey Graham was ripping President Trump  for removing American troops from Syria, and then a mere fourteen days later was praising him.  I mean, which is it?  If we’re looking to our talking heads and elected officials for how we should think about this, what are we to think?

I have a series of questions that might help…

If the average American knew the CIA set up a dark funds trust for the express purpose of making money that did not run through the U.S. Congress nor need Congressional oversight or approval, so they could carry out covert and clandestine operations without clearance…

And that these operations would include setting up the largest drug, weapons and money laundering systems the world has seen…

And that the United States CIA is expressly responsible for the enormous influx of drugs to enter our nation for the past five decades…

Or that the CIA would both employ and compensate cartel members and drug lords by putting them on their payroll…

And that the CIA would set up its own airlines for the purpose of drug trafficking …

Or that the CIA’s airline would receive the contracts for ALL civilian carriers and ALL military cargoes in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Rim before they ever had even one aircraft…

And this was to implement a “master plan to enter the drug smuggling business”…

Would they believe it?

If the average American knew that in this operation Americans would be “eliminated” at the whim of their drug and trafficking projects…

Or that 2,500 Americans simply “vanished” at the hands of the CIA…

Would they demand an accounting?

If the average American knew the CIA was laundering their drug money [Operation Clean Room] through various Rothschild banks in various nations…

Or that foreign governments were bribed or coerced into cooperating with supplying drugs and methods of payments…

Or that people were killed (look in Japan) who were ordered to provide forged or altered CDs [Mitsui Bank, Ltd.] from the actual Gold Certificates from the Japanese Treasury …

(but don’t worry, their families were compensated to the tune of a million dollars each)…

Or that the people the CIA set up and used were again set up and jailed in obscure prisons never to be seen again…

Would there be an outcry for justice?

If the average American knew George H.W. Bush was the pilot and mastermind of operations for the drug smuggling…

Or that his buddy Richard Armitage was double and triple crossing both the CIA and the drug cartels and amassed sums in excess of a billion dollars which he invested in gold and hid in Island banks…

Or that William Colby started the “Phoenix Program” that had executed over 20,000 people (including 2500 Americans) before the CIA convinced him to “retire” from the program…

Would they still endorse them as American idols and worship them in American media?

If the average American knew the CIA dealt treacherously with Marion (J.R.) Horn by convincing him to purchase the stolen CD from Japan, and then set him up for arrest and conviction in order to secure their fall guy and reclaim their money…

Or that Adler Seal (American Made movie) was a paid partner of the CIA to smuggle drugs for them to the tune of $30M…

And that Seal was frequently released and exonerated on numerous true and actual charges of crimes because the CIA controlled the courts…

Would they still think America is righteous and just?

If the average American knew the CIA employed (through the magic funds from this drugs and weapons smuggling trust) the head of Panama’s Defense Forces Intelligence Unit, Colonel Noriega at the “salary” of a $500,000,000 cash bribe PLUS one percent cut of all shipments running through Panama…

Or that the CIA deliberately interfered in a foreign government’s (Panama) existing government to eliminate any opposition to prevent Noriega from becoming Panama’s President…

Or that the CIA set up, trained and armed guerillas to topple the Nicaraguan regime…

Would they be so enthusiastic about the endless wars our government sends our military into?

If the average American knew the CIA created the 1949 Central Intelligence Act in order to prevent disclosure, accountability or law enforcement regarding the illegal acts of the CIA…

And that the CIA ordered the destruction of damning documents and evidence of their clandestine crimes…

Would they shrug and get back to their Little League games, their internet shopping, their TV shows and radio stations, etc.?

If the average American knew that a military General sent a report exposing the drug dealing out of Panama to the White House in 1977, but the report “disappeared”…

Would they consider our government a government of laws and order and integrity?

If the average American knew that General Ferrera was appalled to find out the drugs they were smuggling were being sold to US soldiers…

And that he refused to participate and in fact went rogue…

And that General Ferrera is the person who set up the $30M drug runner Seal murdered NOT the cartel (like the movie falsely depicted)…

And that the CIA then tried to eliminate/assassinate General Ferrera for defending American citizens to its own corrupt government…

And that Ferrera quit his position in the CIA to protest and revolt against the un-American treachery of its clandestine programs…

Would they demand justice?  Would they condemn the CIA and demand an accounting?

If the average American knew the FBI did an investigation into all of these claims and discovered they were TRUE…

And that the FBI provided Senator Ted Kennedy with this report at his request and in secrecy…

Would they want to see the report?  Would they want to know why Ted Kennedy required his own personal debriefing on General Ferrera?  Or why Senator Kennedy was more interested in General Ferrera than the illegal activities of the CIA?

If the average American knew the wars in the Middle East have little to nothing to do with democracy, and everything to do with drug and arms trafficking, and controlling oil…

Or that pulling American troops out of Syria has more to do with meth and narcotics, and the millions put in black ops funds than with Kurds, Turks or ISIS…

Would they do a little more digging on what actual Syrians think of the endless wars in their nation and a little less parroting what the talking heads tell them?

If the average American knew the U.S. sent troops into Afghanistan under the guise of a “war on terror” but really to harvest the poppy fields of opium…

And that Afghanistan provides 90% of the world’s supply of heroin…

And that the heroin crisis is directly linked to the Military Industrial Complex…

And that it is American sourced planes and ships that transport and traffic the drugs…

Would they still endorse the “war on terror”?

If the average American knew former President Obama ordered the CIA to train ISIS…

And used ISIS as assets for toppling the Syrian regime…

And that it has nothing to do with democracy but everything to do with weapons trafficking through the now infamous Benghazi …

Would they echo Mrs. Clinton’s term nonchalantly, “what difference does it make now?”

I can’t help but wonder if the average American knew how many innocent people have been sacrificed at the altar of drug and human trafficking, weapons trafficking, and fabricated wars, at the hands of American agencies would they wake up?  Would they forcibly remove the wicked rulers in high places?  Would they dismantle the rogue and corrupt “intelligence” agencies used for nefarious agendas?   Would they not rest until the lies were exposed, the wicked were apprehended, and justice was meted out?

Too much to ask?

Okay, maybe then the average Christian?  The average Christian is surely interested in exposing the wicked deeds of darkness, right?  The average Christian surely mourns over the injustice in our land?  The average Christian surely sees the traps the enemy has laid for the innocent, the naïve, and the ignorant?  They would not be okay with that, would they?  Surely the average Christian would not rest until exposure was full, criminals were tried and sentenced, and justice prevailed?

Let’s see, has God given us any direction for this dilemma?

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot.  So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth.  Because you say, ” I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing,” and you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness will not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see.  Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent.

I started out to understand how the judicial system in America has been failing to uphold the Constitutional liberties of Americans.  How have we acquired a “justice” system that releases criminals, and penalizes responsible citizens for non-violent policy conflicts?  Why are the criminal elite who are responsible for gross derelict of duty to a system we are required to abide by, able to break our laws with no consequences?

And I did find out that there is a parallel “justice” system here in America – where the guilty go free and the framed and/or innocent pay dearly.  In short, there is no real justice in America’s system (by the true definition of justice).  We may as well be a banana republic with mob lords. 

I did find out that there is indeed a whole other system that has been perfected over the decades, in which they do indeed exchange bonds and trade on American citizens on a black world market, if you will.  The story goes that the issuing of a birth certificate with the new birth child’s name in all capital letters, is a system conducted by the Corporation of the UNITED STATES.  (I touched on this in my prior article.)  And a trust is set up on this black market when the social security number is issued.  The social security number is what is used to trade bonds against this trust based on the amount of money speculated said S.S. number would bring in taxes, fines and penalties.  This is why the judicial system is the catalyst for a ridiculous prison system – it makes the profiteers quite wealthy. 

I was contacted by a gentleman with immense knowledge on this topic, who has been walking this road for decades now.  As he shared his story with me, he spoke of the myriad government documents he and his group have obtained through FOIAs and research.  The one that struck me was when he traveled to D.C. to get a certified copy of the U.S. Constitution and was asked, “Which one?”  Yes, indeed, there are two Constitutions for the United States – the organic one, and the corporate one.  Translation:  we are in trouble.

It would seem the real criminals are the bankers, lawyers, judges and politicians. 

If you ever find yourself traveling through the middle of Kansas on I-70, take a little detour for the small town of Lucas and visit the Garden of Eden.  You’ll find a modest home with concrete sculptures around it that tell a story.  Here’s an example:

This is just one of many sculptures Civil War veteran S.P. Dinsmoor made in the early 1900s.  This one is called “Labor Crucified”.  Revolutionary Dinsmoor created a public display of what he deemed were the greatest perils to American society in his day.  It’s worth the tour, especially when you know just how prophetic and accurate his assessments were in a day he was considered radical. 

What did Dinsmoor see or fear in 1907 that caused him at 64 years of age until his death at 85 to climb ladders with heavy buckets of hand mixed concrete to establish a sculpture that would tell a story of American workers (personified as “labor”) crucified at the hands of sophisticated white collar workers like lawyers, bankers, doctors and preachers?  It may be worth asking even today, over a hundred years later. 

But back to this dual system.  Because these fraudulent bankers have honed and perfected a system that lines their coffers and enslaves Americans into our current roles as chattel for the corporation, we have no chance at true justice.  The court system is a broker-dealer for the banking system.  Their one objective is to make as much money off the chattel as possible, through fines, regulations, permits, licensing, taxes and even imprisonment.  (Just read Dinesh D’Souza’s book Stealing America to catch a glimpse of the money racket the prison system really is.)

This attorney tells the story of how he stumbled upon this dual system when the judge refused to uphold Supreme Court rulings pre-1938.  Why?  Because in a 1938 Supreme Court Case, the Court changed the rules from common law to public policy law, to represent the Corporation of the United States, and NOT the Republic of the United States.

As I’ve pondered this dilemma of our slavery to the bankers through our own government, I have sought for a simple solution.  [While I’ve heard the chatter about GESARA/NESARA and a financial reset, I am too ignorant on the details to publicly comment.]  The simplest solution is to remove yourself from the system.  That is the simplest solution.  Knowledge is power.  With the knowledge that you have been enslaved to a system that has redefined you as property of a corporation, at the mercy of the rules of the corporation, you can actually break free from the system.  You can rightfully reclaim your real identity as a sovereign citizen of the United States, and NOT property of the Corporation, and hence, NOT subject to their fines, licensing, laws and punishments.

A Possible Solution

There are five individuals who have taken this to task, and have been working on this for over four years now.   The Treaty of Peace 2020 group has filed their grievances against the U.S. Government and sought reprieve and a reversal of the damages.  They have an “opt-in” part for ANY American who is seeking to remove him/herself from the Corporate slavery system and regain their rightful position as a sovereign citizen. 

When the state courts of West Virginia, (including the State Supreme Court) failed to act upon the papers served, the process moved to the federal level.  Papers were served to all offices of the U.S. Government, who failed to act as well.  The claimant(s) addressed 573 points of contention of actions the U.S. Government has taken that are not constitutional.  They then asked the U.S. Government to address these actions and either prove their Constitutionality or offer remedy and redress for the grievances.  The U.S. Government failed to act, and they appealed to the tribunal Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Army.  The claimants were then able to enter arbitration.  Their arbitration was awarded in August, just two months ago. 

Arbitration for grievances is a legal option for addressing matters of the law the government fails to address.  There is an Arbitration Act that validates its legality, which (Guam-tipping) Hank Johnson introduced legislation to the 116^th Congress to repeal.  It has not been repealed, and thus that makes Arbitration legally binding.  In fact, Justice Kavanaugh just last year ruled on the SCOTUS that arbitration is a matter of contract and cannot be overwritten by the government.

The arbitrator found the U.S. Government neglectful of its duties and the claimant(s) in right standing, and has proposed a contract to remedy and redress grievances, including but not limited to:

– an opt-in process for the beneficiaries designed to be simple and rapid.

– unconditional release and setting at Liberty of the beneficiaries.

–  Beneficiaries, are as defined in the bill, all Americans that opt-in and includes their immediate family (minors).  For married couples, both adults need to opt-in which then includes their children.

–  Any case past or present is void.

–  Beneficiaries are to receive immediate and unconditional indemnification.

–  Beneficiaries are to receive immediate and unconditional immunity.

– immediate issuance of necessary documentation of the indemnification and the immunity for the beneficiary.

–  return of all property and assets.

–  All records and systems of records, other than the provided Diplomatic status, are to be expunged and destroyed.

–  A land patent will be issued, titled in fee simple absolute and possession (the highest form obtainable).  It allows you to leave it to your heirs and under a land patent it is free and clear from government obstruction.  It must be issued from the Land Patent Office, not from the Bureau of Land Management.

–  An accounting and return of any and all accounts, of any nature, shape, cause, form, format and kind held or managed by any entity and emanating from the beneficiary.

In layman’s terms, this contract would award all who are beneficiaries of it indemnification and immunity from the policy laws of the Corporation.  It would return any unlawful taxes paid (I understand it to go back ten years, but I can’t say for sure), and the return of any property and assets seized by the Corporation.  Any past or present cases against the beneficiaries from this unlawful government will be voided.

The deadline for opting in is December 25, 2019.  The correct forms need to be BOTH scanned/emailed AND mailed via USPS and in the possession of Phillip Hudok by or before December 25.  (which is a holiday, so I’d make sure it was done a week before)  The Congressional bill for settlement commences January 7, 2020.

A Permanent Solution:

Reclaim your birthright.  There’s a process for doing that.  You have to learn the language of the courts and establish your God-given birthright NOT the government’s claim on you. 

Educate yourself.  Understand the appalling truths about our government and the powers that have destroyed and stolen from its citizens.  Read Fruit from a Poisonous Tree by Melvin Stamper to bring you up to speed.  Go to these websites and start learning:  https://freedomriver.wordpress.com/ or https://www.freedom-school.com/ or http://www.civil-liberties.com/ or catch the links on this Reddit thread  or this one.  Find someone who has removed him/herself from the system, who doesn’t pay income tax, who isn’t required to register their personal property, who doesn’t participate in licenses for his/her liberties – and learn from them.  Most states have a Jural Society that teaches these things with real people who have liberated themselves from the system and live in the liberties our organic Constitution through our Bill of Rights granted us. 

Recognize and understand the trade-off.  If you don’t pay into Social Security you will not receive it.  This is a benefit of your slavery (after they’ve traded hundreds of thousands of dollars off of it).  However, if you have paid into it, you can still receive it.  You will be trading corporate policy law for common law.  Learn the differences; they are profound.

Recognize that anytime your name is in all CAPS you are in the capacity of property of the corporation.  When you go into a court with the yellow-fringed flag, you are operating under Admiralty law, and not Constitutional law.  That’s why someone was recently told by a judge, “The Constitution does not apply in my court.” 

Recognize that your social security number is your slave bond number for the Federal Reserve.  Other people are making (and losing) money off of bonds made by other people on your chattel identifying number.  If that’s freedom to you, this article is irrelevant.

Whatever you do, DON’T ask the government how to be emancipated from the corporation!

Compliance or non-compliance?

I first started hearing about these concepts about twenty-five years ago.  There’s a lot of misunderstanding, misinformation and deliberate disinformation about this topic.  There’s a lot of fear involved.  Masters don’t want their slaves to proclaim their freedom.  So the governmental masters have deceitfully woven traps and constraints into the emancipation platforms.  Find sources that are honest and can lead you correctly.

Our family has had one foot in the corporate system, and half of one in the sovereign land.  We rejected getting a marriage license, rejected getting birth certificates for our children, rejected half of the vaccines, and have been quietly rebellious in smaller ways along the way.  But we’re ready to be fully emancipated.  We’re ready to stop being slaves to the bankers, slaves to the corporation, slaves to the system.  We’ll opt-in as beneficiaries to the Treaty of Peace 2020, and we’ll also start the process to reclaim our birthright by rejecting the State-issued property identifier.

There is a reason on the Hudok website for the Peace Treaty that they instruct you to “Do your homework first”.  A little bit of knowledge is dangerous.  Most of us have just enough knowledge to stir us up, but not enough to stand on.  There are indeed dual justice systems in America:  one for the corporate chattel, and one for sovereign citizens.  Most people think they’re in one category when they’re really in the other.

My last article I attempted to lay a foundation of parallel constructs or systems.  This is the easiest way I can help people grasp the duality.  In the Kingdom of Christ, we’re liberated from sin, disease, curses and estrangement from God.  But how many Christians do you know are actually living such a liberated life?  The truth is if we don’t apply the remedy, it’s not automatically applied to us.  My husband likes to tell the story of Peter in Acts 12 when he was in prison and how the chains were removed and the prison doors were opened, but Peter still had the choice to walk out. 

I can be a Christian and still operate in the system of the world, as opposed to the kingdom of Christ.  When I do that, the principles of the world and its laws apply to me, even though the kingdom of Christ’s principles and laws are the superior and higher principles and laws.  If I want to apply the benefit and protection of Christ’s kingdom, I have to appropriate it.  I have had to learn how to break the bondage of the world’s systems.  I have had to learn how to reclaim my mind, my spirit and my body from the bondage of the inferior system.  I apply what I know are the higher laws, and I am liberated.  I have countless examples in my own life.  I will never go back to the inferior system of the world.  I have tasted the freedom that comes in Christ and it is superior!

In the same way, I can be an American and operate in the bondage system of the corporation.  OR I can learn the superior system and apply its laws and principles, and liberate myself from the inferior system.

When we are confronted with the painful reality that our government has sold us and our children to the highest bidder, we should recognize we have been trafficked.  We have been enslaved to a system we didn’t volunteer for.  There is a way to be emancipated from our slavery, but we have to choose it.  We have to walk it out. 

Can America’s government be reclaimed for the Republic?

Yes, if we have leaders willing to break their allegiance with the bankers.  If our government will abolish the Federal Reserve and return us to Constitutional parameters based on gold or silver backed coinage.  (see Article I of the Constitution)  When President Lincoln and President Kennedy attempted to shut down the Federal Reserve and issue our own money, they were assassinated.  This is what we’re up against with the Deep State and multi-generational fraud and corruptions.

Please, oh please, read this article to see how it has been attempted and successful in the past and could very well be in the present.  In closing I will include an excerpt from the referenced article.

The solution for dealing with private debt-creating bankers is simple. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, to stop any sovereign government from issuing through its treasury its own interest-free money based on nothing more than the wealth and integrity of the nation. This is the big secret that the City of London would rather keep to itself. If this simple fact were to become mainstream then people everywhere would simply walk away and the entire banking system would completely collapse.

[To make sure we’re on the same page, I’ve put the definitions of system and construct at the end of this paper for reference.]

Last article I referenced the notion that our judicial system has been hijacked by another system and has been operating under a different set of rules than one would expect with the U.S. Constitution.  I’ve been doing some digging and learning and I want to address both the realities of that and the implications of it, including its unfortunate consequences.  But to do that I need to lay some groundwork. 

I’m going to start by explaining parallel systems and constructs from an area I understand, because wrapping one’s head around the concept of this can be tricky.  We have a lot of misinformation, deliberate deception and ignorance – along with our ever present normalcy biases – that inhibit understanding.

I’m a disciple of Christ, and while I’m no theologian, I am a studied and practicing Christian.  So I’m going to speak from what I know in that area, because I think it’s analogous to what we have going on in both America and the world.

Years ago, an extended family member of ours housed a college exchange student from Korea.  She was a delightful person; our family loved her.  She was, however, an unbeliever.  Our six year old daughter (at the time) made fervent effort to share with her the salvation of Christ and her need for it.  She politely declined. 

Shortly after this woman graduated from law school, she was driving to her first job interview with a law firm at a city a couple hours from us.  She fell asleep at the wheel, rolled her car, and was on life support with swelling of the brain.  We stayed up all night with her praying, and she died shortly after the life support was pulled the next morning.  She was 24 years old.

There were things about this lovely young woman that indicated to me she harbored some dark spirits.  As we were driving home, exhausted in every way, I mentioned to my husband that our family member should beware.  The spirits this young lady was harboring would come back only they wouldn’t have a vessel to lodge in.  He was tired, and we moved on.

Two nights later, around the midnight hour, my husband’s phone rang and our family member was panicked.  She could hear an “intruder” in her house downstairs.  They were opening and closing cabinet doors, and the glass-lidded candy jar lid was being removed and slammed back down.  We lived a block away.  My husband jumped up and threw on clothes.  As he was running out the door, I said to him, “There won’t be anyone there.  It’s the spirits coming back.”

Sure enough, ten minutes later I got a phone call from my husband that no one was there.  I grabbed my oil and headed over.  I went through the house commanding spirits to leave and anointing doorways, until the Spirit of God showed me they were gone.  There were no more “intrusions” after that.

This is an example of a parallel system or construct.  Most people call the police if they think an intruder is there.  Most seasoned police I know have had experiences with people certain someone was in their house but no one is there.  When you address realities of one system according to the constructs of another system, you rarely, if ever, get the desired outcome.

Paul and Timothy touched on this in Colossians 1:16.  In fact, all of Colossians is a tapestry of weaving two different systems back and forth and worth dedicated study.  We are introduced to this concept in verse thirteen.  (I’ll be quoting from the English Bible*.)

He [God] has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son [Christ]…

We have two systems addressed here:  the domain of darkness and the kingdom of Christ.  These are different systems.  They have different rules.

We’re going to hone in on verse sixteen, but I’m going to quote it in context because the context is so very, very important.  So Colossians 1:15-20 reads:

He [Christ] is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.  For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him.  And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.  And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent.  For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.

This passage is a mouthful, and one we could spend weeks digesting.  But for the purpose of this paper, I’ll synopsize that the identity of Christ is laid bare here.  We are given very specific definitions of who He is.  Knowing these things is key to operating in His kingdom.

Now verse sixteen reads, “For by [Christ] all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities…”  We have a plain statement given as a matter of fact that there are dominions in the invisible realm.  There are thrones and rulers and authorities in the invisible realm.  So now we can know for certain that there is a parallel system in a realm we cannot see with our physical eyes (i.e. the invisible realm).

We can also know there is a system for heaven and a system for earth.  Here’s what we should be starting to understand:  each system has its own rules.  Can they be the same?  Sure.  Are they?  You have to learn about the systems to know. 

Lucky for us, Christ came to teach us these things.  How did I know the young lady’s spirits would return to the house of my extended family member?  Christ taught me that.  [See Luke 11:24-26.]  How was I able to remove those spirits from the house?  Because I had authority in that realm.  My family member did not have the knowledge of how to operate in the invisible realm, but I did.  She was the homeowner, but gave me authority to conduct my business in that realm on her property.  Because she gave me permission to do so, I had the authority and the spirits had to obey.

We live in a fortunate era because things that were not known before are known now (or can be known).  Paul refers to this when he speaks of his stewardship of the word of God in verse 25.  He elucidates when he references the “mystery”:  “…to make the word of God fully known, the mystery hidden for ages and generations but now revealed to his saints.”  It’s important we don’t miss this.  It’s a privilege for those who adhere to Christ to know the hidden mystery.  What is that mystery?  He goes on to tell us in verse 27:  “…the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”

Don’t schmooze over this!  I know it’s a phrase that is used almost flippantly in Christendom.  Christ in you is the secret to your position in the invisible realm AND it runs over into the visible realm!  It was Christ in me that commanded the dark spirits to leave the home of my family member.  It’s the mystery for the successful maneuvering and operation in the kingdom of Christ. 

Paul continues expounding in case we don’t understand the application.  Look at Col. 2:8-10:

See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ.  For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority.

Notice the “elemental spirits of the world” and that they are NOT “according to Christ”.  Two different systems, and now we can know they don’t have the same rules.  In fact, human tradition, philosophy and deceit are systems of the world!  These things have the ability and power to enslave us (take us captive). 

BUT the mystery (Christ in you) is what keeps you aligned in the system of the kingdom of Christ, and not enslaved in the system of the world.  This is quite huge, and mostly missing in the modern church instruction today.  Because Christ is the head of all rule and authority and He is IN ME, that rule and authority is preeminent over every other system!  [See Col. 1:18 again.]

Simply put, I have dominion over any other system – through Christ in me.  But if I don’t know I have that, I am captive to every other system that dominates its will in my life.  [“My people perish for lack of knowledge.”]

Let’s just quickly look at the HOW this happens, and then we’ll move on.  See the next verses, Col 2:11-15:

In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the powerful working of God, who raised him from the dead.  And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross.  He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.

So we learn here that our flesh has been circumcised (in the invisible realm) which catapults us into the spiritual (or invisible) realm.  Our baptism symbolizes the visible being buried and the invisible raising.

(A couple things here:  1) our flesh dies in the physical realm, but this reference is symbolic of our flesh dying so our spirit can dominate and 2)  Christ was buried and raised from the dead, which we are privy to the benefits of BY FAITH.)

So Paul explains that our ability to operate in the invisible realm (spiritual) was DEAD until we were born into the kingdom of Christ by faith in His atonement and adherence to His system, which gives us the privileges and rights of one in Christ’s Kingdom and not the product of the earthly domain (which is an inferior domain).  Make sense? 

Now another big thing happens here.  Christ dealt with all of the consequences of the earthly domain, so we don’t have to.  (This is so big, but so neglected in church-anity.)  See what Paul says:  “…by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands.”  If we can get our heads wrapped around this, it will 1) change our personal lives and 2) help us understand what I’m going to explain about the dual justice system in America.

There are rules in any system.  Sometimes the rules are hard to understand, and sometimes the rules are complex. 

Look at Luke 4 and spend some time studying it and asking the Holy Spirit to really expound on it to you.  Christ was “tempted”, or so church-anity likes to word it like that.  The actual word for “tempt” there in Luke 4:2 is “peirazo” and means “to test”.  Other variances of that word include “endeavor, scrutinize, discipline” [Strong’s]. 

Now catch this:  Christ was being led by the Spirit (vs. 1) and tested by the devil (vs. 2).  What was the test?  Legal knowledge.  Satan was given stewardship over the earth when Adam forfeited it in the Garden of Eden.  (Recall that Satan addressed that in verse six, that the kingdoms of the world had been given to him.)

So everything Satan said to Christ was true, and was also a test.  Satan was testing Christ on His legal knowledge of the system.  Just read Luke 4 again with that understanding and see if it doesn’t mean more to you – if it doesn’t clarify some things for you.  Why?  Why was this so important???

Because this earthly system had/has legal demands.  In order to release the inhabitants of the land of its legal demands, the legal demands had to be satisfied on legal grounds.  Now look at the passage once more: 

…the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross.  He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.

Your and my ignorance of the rules of the system doesn’t negate the system.  It still exists.  Being deceived by the system doesn’t negate the consequences for us.  We can and do operate in the worldly system on a daily basis.  But there’s a better system if we can learn how to operate in it.  It takes knowledge (which comes with instruction), and it takes discipline.  Yes it’s work.  But the system of the spiritual is the superior system. 

Paul exhorts us like this, Col 2:20-23:

If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations—  “Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch” (referring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to human precepts and teachings?  These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are of no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.

This is so vital to understanding how to break out of inferior systems!!  Apply it now spiritually, and then I’ll try to explain how to apply it with the concept of national bondage to an inferior judicial system.

In Christ, we’ve been given access to a superior system.  However, so many Christians still operate in the inferior system.  They don’t understand why they’re powerless over poverty, sickness, etc.  It’s because they’re still submitting to the regulations of the inferior system!  And as Paul pointed out, that system has an appearance of wisdom, but is in actuality of NO VALUE for the superior system!

I will attempt to explain the dual justice system in my next article, but I am just learning it, so I am not the best teacher.  However, I understand the dual system well in my Christianity, so that is how God has been expounding it to me.  If you are a believer, please pray for God’s wisdom and words for me as I proceed.
